According to eyewitness Shaibu Danjuma, the driver initially stopped after the collision but swiftly departed. The incident took place at approximately 8:30 pm, leading to temporary congestion in the area.
At present, the victim’s body remains unidentifiable and has been taken to an undisclosed mortuary by the police. This heartbreaking event serves as a reminder of the importance of road safety and responsible driving.
